Men of Excellence is a virtual mastermind and brotherhood. We meet Sundays at 7:30 PM ET for 60 minutes. We check in daily. We meet in person monthly in Orlando. The Beta Cohort opens by application — free for the first 8 weeks.

Why I'm building this
The brotherhood I had in New York stopped existing when I moved to Orlando.
I grew up in the Bronx, where brotherhood wasn't theoretical. The men on my block, the older guys who pulled me forward, the friends who held me accountable — that was the air.
Five years in Orlando and I haven't found it. I built a marriage, raised daughters, ran businesses, and the whole time I was alone in a way I had never been alone in New York.
I'm building this because no one else built it for me. And if you've felt the same absence, this is for you.

Code is the operating system the cohort runs together. Three pillars, nine practices, every week — until the man you're becoming and the man you are stop being two different people.

I'm not the founder of Men of Excellence the way founders usually mean it. I'm the first member. The community I needed didn't exist, so I'm building it — for me first, and for the men running the same race who haven't met each other yet.
