Men of Excellence

Inside the cohort

How the brotherhood actually works.

Sunday mastermind, daily check-ins, monthly in person in Orlando. Twenty men. The structure is the gift.

01

The weekly mastermind

Sunday at 7:30 PM ET. 60 minutes. Every brother on the line.

Part one: the ownership round. Every brother answers three questions, in turn — what did you commit to last week, what did you do, what are you hiding that needs to come out.

Part two: the chair. One brother brings a real problem to the table. The cohort sharpens him. Not to fix him — to help him see what he's not seeing.

02

The daily check-in

Every day, before noon, in the cohort chat. Three lines.

One win yesterday. One focus today. One place you need help.

Miss a day, a brother reaches out. Miss three in a row, the cohort has a conversation. The structure is the gift; the structure is also the thing that makes brotherhood show up when motivation doesn't.

03

The monthly in-person

Last Saturday of the month. 12 to 4 PM. Orlando.

Rotating between the Ritz-Carlton bar area and Skyroom Orlando. No phones on the table. Real conversation, real food, real men.

Virtual members fly in when you can. Watch the recap when you can't. The first in-person of the Beta Cohort is the moment the cohort stops being a Zoom call and starts being a brotherhood.

04

The cohort

20 men per cohort. Not 200. Not 2,000. Twenty men who know each other's wives' names, kids' names, and what each man is working on by week three.

The Beta Cohort runs 8 weeks. After that, cohorts run on a 12-month cycle with a quarterly intake. Beta members keep grandfathered access in perpetuity.

05

Application + interview

Five questions. Read by Joel personally.

If you're a fit, a 20-minute call. Camera on. Bring your application notes. We'll talk through them.

If you're not a fit, I'll tell you why, and I'll point you somewhere that may serve you better.

Beta Cohort

If you're the man this is for, you already know.

Five questions. Then a 20-minute call. No sales. A conversation about whether the room is right for you. Beta is free.
