A chapter isn't an event. It's a room of brothers within driving distance of each other.

Men of Excellence members mentor young men from communities like the Bronx — the kid I was, before someone older saw me.

Every member of the Brotherhood takes on a mentee at some point in his year. We pair members with young men who can use a brother in their corner — first-gen college students, opportunity youth, kids who are the smartest person in their circle and have nowhere to take it.

The brothers in this room aren't just receiving a brotherhood. They're paying it forward. That's the deal.
